What's the best way to book a casino night?
Complete the contact form or call us directly. We'll explain available packages, suggest the ideal choice for your event, and adjust the arrangement to meet your needs. Reserving at least two weeks ahead helps ensure your preferred date.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. We confirm your reservation with a 30% deposit. The remaining amount must be paid no later than three days before the event date.
What's the maximum group size?
This varies by package: Essential Casino Night accommodates up to 30, Signature up to 50, and Grand VIP up to 100. We can explore customized solutions for larger groups.
Is real money used at the events?
No. All games serve entertainment purposes only. Players utilize tokens without monetary value, and we function within relevant legal guidelines. The emphasis lies on atmosphere and experience, not financial transactions.
Who runs the games at the tables?
Licensed dealers operate every table. They maintain fair play and seamless operations, allowing guests to concentrate on enjoying themselves.
What does each package include?
Every package contains dealers, tables, chips and cards, plus refreshments, and winners receive certificates or prizes. More advanced packages include themed decorations, photography services, and additional features—check the Offline Casino page for complete information.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
Cancel 14 days or more before the event and you receive a complete deposit refund. Between 7 and 14 days, you receive half the deposit back. Less than 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Date changes are possible when scheduled ahead of time and availability exists.
Do you host events at external venues or other cities?
Yes. We arrange casino-style events in various locations and can collaborate with venues you recommend. Share your preferred location and we'll handle all arrangements.
Can we tweak a package to match our needs?
Yes. Packages are customizable—extra tables, alternative catering, themed decorations, or other modifications. Contact us and we'll develop a tailored plan.
Do winners get anything?
Yes. Based on the selected package, winners obtain certificates and/or prizes as discussed during reservation. Cash payments are not provided—all games employ tokens and serve entertainment purposes only. The goal involves enjoying the games and the night, not wagering real money.
