About These Terms

These Terms describe how our event services function and what you should expect from us. They also specify your obligations as a participant. By using our services, you fully accept these terms.

Booking an Event

To reserve an event:

  • Reach us by email or phone to verify availability.
  • We confirm your reservation after receiving a 30% deposit calculated from the chosen package price.
  • We suggest reserving your event at least two weeks ahead to guarantee availability.
  • Complete payment must be received no later than three days before the event date.
  • Dates cannot be reserved without a deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans occasionally change — we recognize this. Our policy aims to remain fair and transparent:

  • Cancel 14 days or more before the event: complete deposit returned.
  • Cancel between 7 and 14 days before the event: half the deposit returned.
  • Cancel less than 7 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable.
  • Date modifications are permitted when scheduled ahead of time and dependent on availability.

Event Participation Rules

To maintain smooth and enjoyable experiences, these rules apply:

  • All games serve entertainment purposes only — real money is not utilized.
  • Guests receive tokens for playing that possess no monetary value.
  • Dealer rulings during disagreements are final.
  • Respectful conduct toward staff and other participants is mandatory.
  • We reserve the right to remove individuals displaying inappropriate behavior or violating these rules.

Liability

Our liability has defined boundaries:

  • We cannot accept responsibility for personal items that become lost or are left unattended.
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from participant misconduct.
  • We accept no responsibility for interruptions or delays resulting from circumstances outside our control (force majeure).
